# SketchUp cannot connect to Transmutr

You can try several things:

* Changing the Port in Extensions > Transmutr > Settings
* Doing the instructions in the "[Transmutr's window is blank](/faq.md#transmutrs-window-is-blank)" page
* Authorize SketchUp and Transmutr in your firewall
