# 由于网络限制，我无法激活许可证

如果激活因**无法连接到互联网**而失败，请使用**离线激活**。

## 离线激活

1. 在 Transmutr 中，打开**激活许可证** / **管理许可证**
2. 尝试激活许可证。因网络问题失败时，Transmutr 会提供**离线激活**。
3. 复制**离线激活码**（激活请求码）。
4. 在可访问互联网的计算机上，登录 <https://lindale.io/account/products>
5. 打开许可证的 **Details** → **Manage activations** → **Offline Activation/Deactivation**。
6. 粘贴请求码并单击 **Activate**。
7. 下载**激活文件**。
8. 回到 Transmutr，载入该文件（离线流程的第 2 步）。

## 离线停用

如果网络被阻止，**停用**会变为**离线停用**，并生成**离线停用码**。

您**必须**在 Lindalë 许可证页面提交停用请求码。否则该席位会一直被标记为正在使用。

在本机上的停用会立即生效；完成网页上的步骤后，服务器上的席位才会释放。
