# 我丢失了许可证密钥，或没有收到许可证密钥

购买后，您应通过电子邮件收到许可证密钥。

1. 检查**垃圾邮件**文件夹。如果邮件在那里，请将其标记为非垃圾邮件，以便以后的邮件能够送达。
2. 使用结账时所用的**同一电子邮箱**创建或登录 Lindalë 账户：[lindale.io/account](https://lindale.io/account/manage/licenses)。
3. 打开 **Licenses** 以查看并复制您的密钥。

如果仍然找不到密钥，请将购买时使用的电子邮箱和大致的订单日期发送至 <transmutr@lindale.io>。
