# SketchUp 无法连接到 Transmutr

如果 SketchUp 显示“*SketchUp 无法连接到 Transmutr*”，或[选项](/v2-zh-cn/sketchup-yu-she-zhi/options.md)中没有已连接的实例：

1. **启动一次 Transmutr**，以便将扩展程序安装/更新到 SketchUp 的 Plugins 文件夹。
2. 安装或更新 Transmutr 后**重新启动 SketchUp**。
3. 确认您使用的是 SketchUp **2024 或更高版本**。
4. 从**扩展程序 → Transmutr → 导入模型**启动 Transmutr，而不是仅作为独立应用程序启动。
5. 在**防火墙** / 安全软件中允许 Transmutr 和 SketchUp 进行本地连接。
6. 如果应用程序本身行为异常，请尝试[Transmutr 的窗口是空白的](/v2-zh-cn/faq/transmutrs-window-is-blank.md)中的步骤。
