# Transmutr 的窗口是空白的

如果 Transmutr 窗口打开后一直空白或全黑，请尝试以下操作。

## Windows

1. 安装当前的 **Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables**（x64），包括 Microsoft 下载站点上较新的 2015–2022 软件包。
2. 确认您的用户账户对安装文件夹具有写入权限（`%LOCALAPPDATA%\Transmutr\`）。
3. 更新 GPU 驱动程序。
4. 重新启动计算机，然后再次启动 Transmutr。

## macOS

1. 确认您的 Mac 为 Apple Silicon。
2. 授予所提示的隐私 / 辅助功能权限。
3. 如果仅从“下载”文件夹运行，请将应用程序移回 `/Applications`。

## 仍然是空白？

1. 如果界面尚可部分使用，请打开**选项 → 打开日志文件夹**，或在应用程序的数据目录中找到日志。
2. 将操作系统版本、GPU 和日志发送至 <transmutr@lindale.io>。
