# 我遺失了授權金鑰，或沒有收到授權金鑰

購買後，您應該會透過電子郵件收到授權金鑰。

1. 檢查**垃圾郵件**資料夾。如果郵件在那裡，請將它標示為非垃圾郵件，以便日後的郵件能正常送達。
2. 使用結帳時的**相同電子郵件**建立或登入 Lindalë 帳戶：[lindale.io/account](https://lindale.io/account/manage/licenses)。
3. 開啟 **Licenses**，查看並複製您的金鑰。

如果仍然找不到金鑰，請寄送電子郵件至 <transmutr@lindale.io>，並附上購買時使用的電子郵件與大約的訂單日期。
