# SketchUp 無法連線至 Transmutr

如果 SketchUp 顯示「*SketchUp 無法連線至 Transmutr*」，或[選項](/v2-zh-tw/sketchup-yu-she-ding/options.md)沒有列出已連線的執行個體：

1. **先啟動 Transmutr 一次**，讓擴充功能安裝／更新到 SketchUp 的 Plugins 資料夾。
2. 安裝或更新 Transmutr 之後，**重新啟動 SketchUp**。
3. 確認您使用的是 SketchUp **2024 或更新版本**。
4. 從**擴充功能 → Transmutr → 匯入模型**啟動 Transmutr，而不要只以獨立應用程式啟動。
5. 允許 Transmutr 與 SketchUp 通過**防火牆**／安全性軟體的本機連線。
6. 如果應用程式本身運作異常，請嘗試[Transmutr 的視窗是空白的](/v2-zh-tw/faq/transmutrs-window-is-blank.md)中的步驟。
