# Transmutr 的視窗是空白的

如果 Transmutr 視窗開啟後一直空白或全黑，請嘗試下列步驟。

## Windows

1. 安裝目前的 **Microsoft Visual C++ 可轉散發套件**（x64），包括 Microsoft 下載網站上較新的 2015–2022 套件。
2. 確認安裝資料夾可供您的使用者帳戶寫入（`%LOCALAPPDATA%\Transmutr\`）。
3. 更新顯示卡驅動程式。
4. 重新啟動電腦，然後再次啟動 Transmutr。

## macOS

1. 確認您的 Mac 為 Apple Silicon。
2. 授予系統提示的隱私權／輔助使用權限。
3. 如果您只從「下載項目」執行應用程式，請將它移回 `/Applications`。

## 仍然空白？

1. 如果介面部分可用，請開啟**選項 → 開啟記錄檔資料夾**，或在應用程式的資料目錄中找到記錄檔。
2. 寄送電子郵件至 <transmutr@lindale.io>，並附上作業系統版本、顯示卡與記錄檔。
